- Deliver research services to clients (including sharing raw videos with brands).
- Provide aggregated insights (clients receive insights, not full participant datasets).

4. How We Share Information

We may share your information as follows:
- Clients/Brands: may receive raw video and responses for research.
- Service Providers: Google Cloud (storage), Twilio (communications), Tremendous (incentives), and others as needed.
- Business Transfers: if Vytal is acquired, merged, or sold, data may transfer as part of that transaction.
- Legal Obligations: to comply with law, court orders, or government requests.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and analytics tools to analyze performance, improve services, and deliver marketing. You can control cookies through browser settings or request opt-out by contacting us. A “Do Not Sell My Info” option will be provided as required by law.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill research purposes and legal requirements. Afterward, data is deleted or anonymized. We use safeguards including encryption, access controls, and restricted access to personal data. However, no system is 100% secure.

Our platform is not intended for users under 16 years old. Users ages 16–17 require parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide are voluntary. Vytal may use them without restriction or compensation.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or power outages, labor disputes, or government actions.
