VYTAL VOICES PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, PRIVACY NOTICE & CONSENT

1. WHO WE ARE
Vytal World, LLC d/b/a Vytal Voices (“Vytal,” “Vytal Voices,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates aconsumer research platform that enables individuals to participate in surveys, interviews, videoresponses, product testing, community discussions, behavioral studies, and other researchactivities on behalf of brands, organizations, agencies, and institutions.
By creating an account, participating in research, or using our platform, you agree to thisParticipant Agreement, Privacy Notice, and Consent.
2. WHAT PARTICIPATION MEANS
As a participant, you may be asked to:
Complete surveys
Submit written responses
Record video or audio responses
Participate in interviews or focus groups
Upload photos or other content
Participate in product testing
Participate in online communities or discussion boards
Share demographic, behavioral, attitudinal, or lifestyle information
Participation is voluntary. You may stop participating in a specific study at any time unless doingso would prevent completion of the research activity.

4. SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Some studies may request information considered sensitive under certain privacy laws,including:
Race
Ethnicity
Gender identity
Political opinions
Religious beliefs
Health-related information
Biometric characteristics that may appear in video recordings
You are never required to provide sensitive information unless you choose to do so.
Where sensitive information is collected, you expressly consent to its collection, use, analysis,and processing for research purposes.
5. VIDEO, AUDIO & RESEARCH CONTENT
If you submit video, audio, photographs, or written responses:
You grant Vytal permission to collect, store, analyze, and process that content.
Client organizations sponsoring research may receive access to your responses.
Client organizations may download copies of your research responses.
Client organizations may use your responses internally for research, strategy, innovation, product development, marketing planning, and business decision-making purposes.
Client organizations are contractually prohibited from publicly publishing, advertising with,endorsing products with, or otherwise commercially exploiting your identifiable research contentwithout obtaining additional permissions where required.
6. AI TRAINING, MODEL DEVELOPMENT & SYNTHETIC INTELLIGENCE
Vytal uses participant data to develop and improve proprietary artificial intelligence, analyticssystems, audience models, synthetic research models, predictive systems, segmentationframeworks, and related technologies.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
Survey responses may be used to train Vytal’s proprietary systems.
Written responses may be used to train Vytal’s proprietary systems.
Research transcripts generated from interviews, video responses, and audio responses may be used to train Vytal’s proprietary systems.
Aggregated research data may be used to create audience models, personas, synthetic respondents, benchmarking systems, and predictive models.
Information used for AI training may be anonymized, aggregated, transformed, or incorporated into machine learning systems.
Participant data will not be used to train public third-party AI models unless specificallydisclosed.
If you later request deletion of your personal information, Vytal will delete or anonymize youridentifiable information where required by applicable law. However, Vytal may retain andcontinue to use anonymized, aggregated, de-identified, statistical, model-derived, or previouslyincorporated machine-learning outputs that no longer identify you.
7. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may share information with:
Research Clients
Brands, agencies, institutions, organizations, and companies sponsoring research activities.
Service Providers
Companies that help us operate the platform, including providers of:
Cloud hosting
Communications
Incentive fulfillment
Analytics
Security
Data processing
AI technologies
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, orgovernmental request.
Business Transactions
Information may transfer as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.
8. OMPENSATION
Participants may receive incentives, gift cards, payments, products, rewards, or othercompensation for participation.
Compensation is provided for participation only.
Participants do not receive royalties, licensing fees, ownership interests, or continuingcompensation related to research findings, AI systems, models, audience segments, syntheticrespondents, or derivative works created from research data.
9. DATA RETENTION
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to:
Conduct research
Support ongoing client projects
Improve our services
Maintain participant records
Comply with legal obligations
Information may be anonymized and retained indefinitely for statistical analysis, benchmarking,trend analysis, AI development, and research purposes.
10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Vytal operates in the United States and may process information in the United States or othercountries where our service providers operate.
By participating, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored in, orprocessed in jurisdictions that may have different privacy protections than your country ofresidence.
Where required by law, Vytal will implement appropriate safeguards for international datatransfers.
11. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
Access your personal information
Correct inaccurate information
Request deletion
Restrict processing
Object to processing
Withdraw consent where applicable
Request portability of your information

13. PARTICIPANTS AGED 16–17
Vytal permits participation by individuals aged 16 and older.
Participants who are 16 or 17 years old must confirm that they have obtained permission from aparent or legal guardian before participating.
If Vytal becomes aware that required parental permission has not been obtained, Vytal mayterminate participation and delete associated information.
